Our Team
Carol Killeen, President
As the president of Metamorphose Consulting, Inc., Carol Killeen has assembled a team of seasoned consultants, handpicked from associates she has worked with over the course of her 30-year career. Chosen for their strong work ethic, our team embodies the same hard-driving attitude as Ms. Killeen.

“It is extremely important for me to work with a team composed of quality people with whom I've developed a natural synergy. From the start of a project, we are on the same page and my consultants understand my expectations from the get-go."

The pervasiveness of metamorphoses in Ms. Killeen's life is reflected in her career. Observing that metamorphoses occur frequently in biology, in an orderly fashion, and with predictable results, she applies those same principles to her project work in corporate health care management.

Towards that end, Ms. Killeen received a BA in Biology and then went on to earn a BS in Medical Technology, both from the University of Colorado. She later earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.

Hired by Abbott Laboratories after graduate school, Ms. Killeen was assigned to several international roles in Germany, lending her fluency in German as well as English. The company recognized her leadership early on, moving her to work on many key initiatives, which exposed her drive and success to many key stakeholders throughout the company.
AnnaMaria Lambidis, Validation Specialist
The concept of metamorphose applies to the career of validation specialist AnnaMaria Lambidis. For the past 20 years, her career has focused on consulting and fostering orderly change in her clients. She began honing her skills at BASF as a research chemist, but quickly took on additional responsibilities, which lead her into consulting.

“In nature, metamorphoses are constantly occurring, but the outcome of these transformations is always predictable. I seek to provide strategic services to guide organizations in implementing projects, policies, and procedures that standardize project delivery and promote alignment of corporate IT with the larger global organization. The end result is projects that are iterative and thus predictable, just like the experiments I initially participated in as a chemist."

Typical project roles include project manager, liaison between business units and corporate IT, quality and technical writer. The vast majority of projects have been associated with the scientific laboratories or record management departments of leading companies, such as BASF, General Motors, and Abbott Laboratories.

Several years ago, her work at Abbott caught the attention of Ms. Killeen, and thus began a successful working partnership. With an average project size of $3 million, she has repeatedly accomplished a host of quality deliverables.
